Montessori Level 2 (3 years)

During this period “awakening of Mathematical mind” is seen. The children gain concrete experience of number quantities and mathematical operations. Gradually in time children are led from the materials like Number Rods, Spindle Boxes and Decimal Beads to abstract concepts.
